Running bit
Wonder Woman Island
The hosts' imaginary all-women fitness island — check your vibe at the door, no gym bros, and someone please file the trademark.
A bit that started as a guest’s real fitness concept (“Helix Training”) and escalated, live, into a full-blown fantasy resort. Wonder Woman Island is an all-women, indoor-outdoor movement retreat: women instructors, all the equipment, the breeze, the smells, and a strict door policy — check your vibe at the door. No gym bros (though Jason would generously let them in on the chance they “turn over a new leaf”). Entry requires a short audition; you have to answer some questions first.
What’s the unique activity? It’s also jump rope camp. What do you leave with? Externally, “a dope tiara and some sick guns.” Internally, the ability to actually be present instead of spacing out about your stress.
The other running gag is the trademark — “I’m trademarking that immediately, quickly, before they take it” — and Jason’s recurring claim that he merely works for Kathy here on the island. Status of the trademark, per a later episode: “We got it.”
