Simon O'Brien is the medical outreach representative for Altra, the zero-drop, wide-toe-box running shoe brand he has been wearing since their earliest retail days in 2012. Originally from the run specialty retail world, he moved into Altra's newly created medical outreach role after two and a half years of having his eye on it.
