Robin Pester, PT
Physical Therapist & Running Biomechanics Specialist
Robin Pester is a physical therapist and athletic trainer with over 30 years of experience, a specialty in running biomechanics, and a résumé that includes five Olympic Trials, three World Championships, and nearly 30 appearances at the Nike Prefontaine Classic. She has consulted with Nike, worked with University of Oregon athletes, and is the person at major track meets that other people are asking for by name. She joined the PTCH for one of the show's most-requested episodes: cadence, stride length, injury prevention, and why running is not, in fact, bad for your knees.
